Heard Something I Never Thought I Would Hear..

...my Dad saying to me..don't get any thinner! He went on to say that it's possible that he thinks I am too thin cause he is used to seeing me heavier..I did my best to assure him that I actually wasn't "too thin"..but just leaner..and that I am eating a healthy diet..I also told him that I in fact actually weigh more than what I look..140 pounds, it's just that it is better distributed than ever before.

Got a compliment!

A friend I hadn't seen for a while was a guest at one of my spa parties this weekend and she said I looked 'toned'!!! Couldn't believe she actually used that word!! Thank you!!!
The fact my muscles were so sore I could hardly bend down to put the products in the foot spas made it all worth while once she said that :)

Angie has given me many reasons to not give up on my healthy lifestyle changes.

After joining her Women's Diet and Fitness site - I found great support and tips for keeping on track and trying new things.
When Angie encouraged me to move over to the FBBC, I was afraid I'd lose the support from the friends I had on WDF, but I was wrong.
